Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the Crawio affiliate program. By applying you agree to them and to the Crawio Terms of Service.

1. Joining

• We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason.
• Your affiliate account is separate from any customer account you have with Crawio.
• You must give accurate details and keep your payout details up to date.

2. Referrals

• A customer is yours when they sign up for a new Crawio account within 60 days of opening your link, and no other affiliate's link was opened after yours in that browser.
• A customer belongs to one affiliate only and is never moved to another.
• Signing up yourself or your own company through your own link is not a referral.

3. Commission

• You earn the commission rate shown in your dashboard (at launch, 25%) of each payment a referred customer makes during the commission period shown there (at launch, their first 12 months from the first payment).
• A payment counts for what we actually receive: after refunds, chargebacks, taxes and payment fees.
• A refund or chargeback after a commission was paid is deducted from your next commissions.
• We may change the rate or period for future payments. Commissions already earned keep their rate.

4. Payouts

• A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from.
• We pay early each month once your payable balance is at least $50, by Wise, bank transfer, crypto or another method we agree, to the details in your dashboard. Transfer fees of the method are yours.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

5. How you may promote Crawio

• Allowed: your clients, your own website, blog, videos, newsletter, social profiles and communities where it is welcome.
• Not allowed: paid search or social ads on the Crawio name or misspellings of it, coupon and cashback sites, spam or unsolicited messages, fake reviews, and pretending to be Crawio.
• Describe Crawio truthfully. Do not promise results, prices or features we do not offer.
• Say that you earn a commission where the law or the platform asks you to.

6. Ending

• You can leave the program at any time by writing to support@crawio.com.
• We can suspend or end your participation if you break these terms. Commissions not yet paid at that point are forfeited when the ending is for a breach; otherwise we pay what is payable.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email active affiliates about material changes, and the date above shows the current version. Questions: support@crawio.com.
